During our original review of Breville’s Smart Grinder, we were definitely bummed that it didn’t grind fine enough for espresso with it’s stock configuration. Gail was able to meet with the designers from Breville and they gave her the upgraded shims to test, as well as talked to her about how they were improving the grinder during future manufacture cycles.
