Trying to decide on an Espresso/Coffee Machine?
I’m going away to college and while I’m not a big coffee drinker I LOVE lattes and the like. I’m trying to decide between 3 different machines.
The Nespresso Delonghi Lattissima
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000UVZ2DE/ref=s9_simh_gw_p79_d0_i2?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0HEGR26XYP1D44K7PTCR&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846
The Breville Brewing System

The Nespresso Citiz Machine

I like the variety of the K-cups that the Breville offers the best, as I’m sure with over 200 different flavors for different drinks, including iced drinks, I can find something I like but if I do get that machine I’d also have to get a milk frother… Whereas the Lattissima has a frother included and the Citiz comes with one.
I guess it just comes down to what would be the best choice? I think for simpleness in mind the Lattissima would be best but as far as variety the Breville would win hands down…
On another note: The Breville supposedly has quiet-brew technology, which I’m sure my roommate would love me for whereas the Nespresso machines sound like a tractor is rolling through the room…

How to remove coffee stain from rubber stopper on thermos lid?
I have a couple metal thermoses with rubber stoppers that keep the coffee from slipping past the lid to leak. Any ideas on how to remove the stains? I’ve tried scrubbing with salt, & soaking in boiling water with lemons.
Where would I buy an automatic Milk Steamer for my buisness?
Like teaopia has, somewhere close to where I live or I could order it I suppose, either way haha. Somewhere in Calgary.
Something like this: http://www.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=http://www.espressomachineworld.com/bunn-steamer-pic.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.espressomachineworld.com/bunn-accessories.html&usg=__Ctg2YvprHOFYB1db4zlsPGL_Ges=&h=300&w=213&sz=8&hl=en&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=FOC4d0hm1TMwwM:&tbnh=134&tbnw=95&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dmilk%2Bsteamer%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN%26biw%3D1280%26bih%3D687%26tbs%3Disch:1&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=143&vpy=210&dur=280&hovh=238&hovw=169&tx=104&ty=155&ei=BKm8TOuxCNLtngeenIiiAg&oei=BKm8TOuxCNLtngeenIiiAg&esq=1&page=1&ndsp=28&ved=1t:429,r:7,s:0

How often do Kathy Van Zeeland bags go on sale?
I found a Kathy Van Zeeland bag that I really love!! It has everything I’ve been looking for, but it’s currently which is quite expensive for a Kathy Van Zeeland bag. I heard that they go on sale quite often but this is a really lovely bag and I’m worried that if I wait then it’d be all sold out? I’m actually on a budget looking for a bag around 40-50 dollars. So I don’t know if it’d go that low.
So should I just buy it now or wait until it goes on sale?? And do you guys know how long I’ll have to wait because I’m travelling next month (October) so I’ll need a bag by then.
Oh and here’s the bag for those who are curious
I want it either in chocolate or black or latte.

I love how it can be worn over the shoulders or as a messenger bag.

i bought coffee mugs for wedding favors. should i put anything in them? if so, any suggestions?
my future husband and I are coffee drinkers, as are most everyone we know. When looking for favors for our wedding we wanted something with practicality not just junk that would be left behind or tossed out. we decided to go with little coffee mugs that have the words "coffee, hot Chocolate, tea, cafe, espresso, cappuccino" printed on them. The mugs came in a clear plastic box adn I was going to tie ribbon around them. My question is…do I put anything inside the mugs? If yes, what do i put in…single serve coffee packets & sugar? hershey kisses? HELP, please
How into coffee are you?
Everyone thinks I’m crazy.
I buy green coffee, roast it, and have 6 ways to brew it (Rancillio espresso, Bialetti moka pot, balance vac pot, French press, Chemex manual drip, and cold brew).
How far do you go for the perfect cup and what’s your favorite type of coffee (French press, vac pot, espresso, etc.)?
What’s the best / worst coffee you’ve ever had?
Actually TX2step, a vac pot is a brewing device. This website will show you the one I own (bought it used. It’s clean and mild.
http://coffeegeek.com/reviews/vacpots/cafetino
As far as french press, if you put enough coffee grounds in & let it steep for 4 minutes, it can be pretty strong. Also works great for tea.
Lil Gal: Auto drip coffee makers need thorough cleaning, but are hard to clean. Most other methods require very little cleaning (rinse with water & wipe). In fact, they often tell you they need a waste brew to coat the metal parts and improve the flavor. Never clean them in the dishwasher.
Which is the best espresso maker? I wanted to choose between these two.?

Will both of these enable me to make a starbucks-type latte?
i.e. make espresso and then steam some milk and mix it together
One has an aluminum boiler and one is stainless steel… which is better.
Which is better… the one from target or this one:

They both seem similar… do you think that the second one would have two seperate thermostats… the specs do not say.
Best economic espresso machine?
I am a coffee lover but the price of drinks are ridiculous. So me and my cousin decided were going to buy an espresso machine and start experimenting with some drink combinations. Since ive never owned one before im not really sure what i should look for in one. We’re going for the more economic options since we cant dish out 0 right now. So ive found a couple decent options in my opinion (the cheapest ones). So which one would be the better value?

BARISTAS HELP! Bought my first espresso machine, now what? What are the extra accessories I need?
I just bought my first espresso machine; it’s "DeLonghi BCO130T Combination Coffee/Espresso Machine". Here is the link to the product:
http://www.amazon.com/DeLonghi-BCO130T-Combination-Espresso-Machine/dp/B000F2M16O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1205453139&sr=1-1
I’m pretty good at navigating the net, but I cannot find a place that tells me exactly what I need! Do I get a grinder for beans? Also, I was going to get a frothing pitcher and a thermometer, do I really need these? I was also looking into getting some of the espresso pods. I know that they won’t taste as good, but it will be great for those mornings when I’m in a rush! The pods say that your machine has to be designed to accept "ESE" coffee pods. I was looking at the machine’s manual online and couldn’t find this anywhere. Is there anything else I need? Oh and by the way, I usually drink lattes and stuff like that. Thanks for your help in advance!!! =o)
